Luckily, we have clinicians standing by and we may, in some cases, be able to get you an appointment within 24 to 48 hours, via telehealth platforms like Zoom or by telephone, with a qualified mental professional for psychotherapy or with a psychiatrist for medication evaluation and management or addiction medicine to treat cravings that derail brave attempts at sobriety. Don’t go this alone, you’ll be glad you had someone in your corner. Many other therapy services advertising today do not accept insurance. We accept many different insurance health plans (see below). Please note: we do collect and securely store your credit card information so that once your claim is paid by insurance, we will charge the co-pay or other cost share due and send you a receipt. We only charge you what your health plan tells us is your patient cost-share. This same information is sent to you by way of a statement we receive from your health plan, sometimes called an “Explanation of Benefits,” which details the same information.
