We understand that you might be struggling, so we make every effort to make this easy on you. We endeavor to take your call right away or return your call within one business day, and we will do our level best to get you an appointment with a qualified professional within one to two weeks of your call.

Please note: we do collect and securely store your credit card information so that once your claim is paid by insurance, we will charge the co-pay or other cost share and send you a receipt. We only charge you what your health plan tells us is your patient cost-share. This same information is sent to you by way of a statement we receive from your health plan, called an “Explanation of Benefits,” which details the same information.
